Concorde International Human Resource Corporation (formerly Concorde International Services) is a private manpower recruitment agency duly accredited and licensed by the Philippine Overseas Employment Administration (POEA).

It started in the business of manpower recruitment for overseas deployment in 1994, with the United States, Japan, South Korea, Malaysia, Saipan, and Guam as its initial markets.

The Corporation’s foundation was laid down by the vision of its owner, Alfredo P. Palmiery, who, as one of the pioneers of the Philippines’s overseas employment program, has foreseen the business potential of the country as a preferred global supplier of labor.

He envisioned Concorde International Human Resource Corporation to lead the field in harnessing this potential and to be in a position as a manpower provider of choice of the choicest global employers.

Riding high on the spectacular growth of the Philippines’s overseas employment sector, the Agency, in only a few years’ time, has emerged to become one of the most stable and highly reliable manpower providers in the country today.

The Corporation’s success can be attributed to its business philosophy of uncompromising adherence to the highest recruitment standards and professional business conduct. It is known for dealing only with select principals and employers.

This is not without reason. The Corporation at all times endeavors to ensure the general welfare and protection and professional growth of the workers it deploys, as well as to fully assure the satisfaction of its clients, whose respect and loyalty are part of the valued goals of the Company.

Concorde International Human Resource Corporation operates from its home office in Makati City, Metro Manila, Philippines. It has four branches, one each in the Provinces of Pangasinan, Negros Occidental, Davao and Iloilo.

A decade in manpower recruitment has enabled Concorde International Human Resource Corporation to carve a niche in the global labor market and nurture a select clientele that adds luster to its reputation as a reliable manpower solutions provider.

It provides manpower—at the time of need—to employers with varied human resource needs and requirements.

During the past 15 years, the Corporation has deployed mid-level managers (accountants, marketing supervisors); technical personnel (engineers, architects, structural steel workers, surveyors, machinists,); skilled labor (carpenters, sewers, waiters, painters, masons, plasterers, bakers, storekeepers, electricians, security personnel, cooks cashiers, sales assistants); and healthcare providers (physical therapists, physicians, nurses, and dentists); and artists and entertainment workers.

The Corporation mobilizes an average of 1,000 workers annually to some 31 accredited principals in the United States, United Kingdom, Japan, South Korea, Singapore, Malaysia, Hong Kong, Brunei Darussalam, Guam, Saipan, Lebanon, Cyprus, and the United Arab Emirates.

It is exploring new, non-traditional markets in the Middle East, US, and Asia. At the same time it is strengthening the niches it had developed and carved for itself during the past decade by sending more skilled and technical workers to Guam, physical therapists and nurses to the US, and storekeepers, cashiers, and sales personnel to such countries as Brunei and Malaysia.
