Concorde International Human Resource Corporation (formerly Concorde International Services) is a private manpower recruitment agency duly accredited and licensed by the Philippine Overseas Employment Administration (POEA).
It started in the business of manpower recruitment for overseas deployment in 1994, with the United States, Japan, South Korea, Malaysia, Saipan, and Guam as its initial markets.
Concorde operates from its home office in Makati City, Metro Manila, Philippines. It has three branches, one each in the Provinces of Pangasinan, Negros Occidental and Iloilo.
