    For Employers

The Corporation’s foundation was laid down by the vision of its owner, Alfredo P. Palmiery (APP), who, as one of the pioneers of the Philippines’s overseas employment program, has foreseen the business potential of the country as a preferred global supplier of labor.

He envisioned Concorde to lead the field in harnessing this potential and to be in a position as a manpower provider of choice of the choicest global employers.
